On May 11, the company held the "Lean Production Recognition Conference" in the first quarter. In order not to affect the normal work and production, the commendation meetings were held at Yongpan, Excellence and Yongcheng workshops respectively. Yongcheng Trade Union Chairman Wu Weidong, Yongpan Deputy General Manager Fu Liyong, Yongpan Manufacturing Minister Qiao Zhi and Yongcheng Manufacturing Minister Hou Qiming arrived at the conference sites respectively to present awards to the winning employees.
In the first quarter, four awards were set up for lean production commendation: "lean knowledge learning", "excellent lean implementation", "adoption of lean improvement" and "excellent lean improvement results". employees with outstanding theoretical tests, team lean improvement points and proposal improvement work were commended respectively, and honorary certificates, bonuses and prizes were awarded in turn.

At the commendation meeting, Wu Weidong, chairman of the trade union, affirmed the achievements of the company's lean improvement work and encouraged all employees to firmly believe in promoting lean improvement and continuous improvement! According to the award rule of no more than 10% of the total annual improvement results, cash awards will be given to the winners of this "Lean Improvement Excellence Award.

At the meeting, Qiao Zhi and Hou Qiming, ministers of the manufacturing department, spoke respectively.
