Yongcheng Company's Lean Production Commendation Activities Successfully Held in the First Half of 2022

With the continuous refinement of the company's lean production management, in order to commend outstanding lean talents, on the afternoon of July 20, our company held a lean production commendation conference for the first half of the year. in order to encourage all employees of the company to actively participate in and continuously improve, we commended individuals and teams that have achieved outstanding results.

At the beginning of the meeting, the lean production activities and achievements in the first half of 2022 were reviewed with pictures and data.

This was followed by the award ceremony. Six awards were set up in this activity, namely, the Lean Individual Points Excellence Award, the Lean Knowledge Excellence Award, the Benchmarking Station Award, the Lean Team Excellence Award, the Lean Outstanding Team Leader and the Outstanding Improvement Achievement Award. The winners of each improvement section came to the stage one after another to receive certificates, prizes and bonuses. In the past six months, every employee of the manufacturing department has made continuous efforts with an aggressive attitude. Through measures such as process optimization and quality improvement, the Vietnam War has become more and more brave and achieved excellent results.

Sharing is an effective collision of ideas, and sharing is the common enjoyment of resources. At this commendation meeting, two employees of the Achievement Improvement Award were invited to share their experience in improving the project. Sharing makes us feel deeply. Improvement is a kind of innovation, a kind of transcendence, and a 1.1 of progress every day. We need to maintain innovative spirit and work initiative, be diligent in thinking, good at learning, and have the courage to practice.

  

Finally, Deputy General Manager Fu Liyong reviewed the company's achievements and changes since the implementation of lean production in the past four years, and combined with lean thinking to encourage everyone to continue to work hard at a new starting point and requirements. Lean production, innovative ideas, improve attentively, form habits, we should continue to work hard for the company's lean production to make greater contributions.
