On July 17, 2020, the six-sided and two-sided plastic technology communication seminar on COFCO grain rice products was held in COFCO Rice Industry (Yueyang) Co., Ltd. The meeting was presided over by Cao Songshan, and attended by Lu Qisong of COFCO Grain, Tang Jing of COFCO Grain and Rice Department and members of the rice industry expert group. As a supplier of full-automatic equipment for COFCO grain, our company participated in this seminar. The participants were Tang Cunxue, general manager of the company, Ren Ming, director of major customers, and Wang Libing, minister of technology.

At the meeting, Ren Ming, the chief customer of our company, reported to COFCO leaders and rice experts the latest application technology of the company's latest product QZB-1200 ("Octopus") high-speed six-sided vacuum plastic equipment and QZB-900Z and QZB-900E two-sided vacuum plastic equipment. This paper analyzes the broken package problems that may occur in the links of packaging materials, equipment, confluence transportation, packing, palletizing and long-distance transportation, and puts forward the technical measures and suggestions on how to further reduce the damage of vacuum packaging from the factory to the consumer terminal.
