Since the start of construction on February 8, Yongcheng Electromechanical has started a series of training activities for professional skills "charging and storing energy. A total of 160 new and old employees participated in the "charge storage" training activity, which was organized by the administrative department and supported by the technical department, manufacturing department, after-sales engineering department and sales department.

 

  

 

This training course is rich in content and covers a wide range, including lean production awareness, basic electrical knowledge, soildworks actual combat operation, business etiquette and other courses. Different courses are taught by professional lecturers, and they are trained from many angles and aspects such as ideas, products and services, so that employees can absorb knowledge, reserve energy, experience ideas and feel growth here, provide strong support for them to better master work skills, grasp work priorities, and clarify work goals in the future. In addition, this part of the training course also invited senior engineering experts from anhui science and technology university to share non-standard design experience and skills for the technical team.
